Sent CV online, then had a phone interview. Following this I was invited to a networking drinks event at their offices to find out about Meltwater and to meet employees and other candidates. We were encouraged to speak to as many people as possible, have a glass of wine, and make an impression. I was then invited to an assessment centre, we had to each stand up in front of everyone in the boardroom and present ourselves plus some details about us, we then had to have a short debate, and then give a group presentation about how we thought the Meltwater service could be used by a company that was currently in the news, and finally give an elevator pitch about something we were passionate about. I was invited to the final interview which was an hour long chat with the Area director and two sales manager, the office Managing Director and two others.
