First you submit your resume and do a phone interview with a talent or regular manager. Lasts about 30 minutes and it's a casual review of your experience and interests basically to see if you're maybe a fit. If that goes well, they invite you in. There is a cocktail hour where you learn more about the company and the product and basically have to work the room and speak to all the current employees, then you leave and they judge you. If a majority think you're "Meltwater Material" you're invited back for a group interview with 8-12 others where you have team and individual exercises like "passion speeches" judged by a panel. If you make it through that step, there is an individual panel interview. They call and offer you a job after that.
