The first part of the process was a phone interview. This was followed by a group interview. The group interview started with about 20 of us or so. There were multiple aspects, some individual and some group oriented. Essentially we were evaluated on our individual speaking skills as well as our ability to present as a team. Following the group interview, we were either invited or not invited to a second round. The second round was an individual interview with a panel of interviewers. The interviewers were all Meltwater employees at the office I was applying. They essentially tested my ability to handle objections that they face on a regular basis from their clients. After the interview, I got a call a few days later letting me know I was offered the position.

Their interview process went smoothly and was very cordial. Although we were ultimately not the best fit, I enjoyed talking to the interviewer. Depending on the position, I would still consider another position at meltwater that fits better with my skillset.
