initial phone interview followed by a Meet and Great with the Managing Director. The next stage was a group assessment center which included various tasks and group work. If you were successful at the group stage you were then invited back for a personal interview the following day. The interview panel was made up of around 10 people and set up board room style however, the Regional Manager conducted the interview whilst the others generally observed. There was a mock sales call and negotiation call (they do not expect the world with this). The interview then gets more personal and they will try to get a reaction from you by picking on your personality. It could feel like a character assassination but they are obviously trying to see if you are a good fit for them.
Before the assessment day you are emailed a questionnaire. Personally I felt the questions were a bit silly and no what you would expect competency based questions to be.
made it past the screening, learned from hiring manager they expect 150 dials per day, which is insane. you are a full cycle rep, how are you supposed to run any demos and close any deals if you are dialling 150 times per day. Not to mention the base pay is trash. what a joke.

Very kind and supportive team! However, I felt that the interviewer was not quite engaged from the beginning. Overall, great experience and enjoyed the process. The interview left me feeling excited about the opportunity and what it would be like to work at the company!

Friendly team. Mock sales interview for the panel. Clear about expectations (need to hustle in this role, not a chill 9-5). Asked a mix of behavioural questions and motivation questions.
