To summarize, it was such a waste of time. First, HR screens you via a phone call. Next, you have another phone call with a Sales Manager to which some questions were repeated from the first screening and the woman was condescending. Next, you move on to the panel interview to which they tell you to book the WHOLE DAY off and aren't clear on how they assess each candidate. The panel interview included around 5 Sales Managers and 14 interviewees. Basically, it felt like a battle to see who had more experiences to brag about and who the Sales Managers liked most. SO MUCH BIAS. Quite disappointed with this experience because I had high expectations for the company. I also noticed a lack of diversity both in the Management team and interviewees.

Had an unprofessional interview. We decided one day to a telephone at lunch time on a Wednesday. 20 minutes she emailed me that she is sick!? Could not she have told me in the morning the same day!? The second interview we decided at 3pm and she calls me 3:15. The interview consisted of only three questions and it was 7 min short, this is because there were over 150 people who applied for the position.
Advice to the office in Stockholm: Hire an HR person, who has studied the staff and the organization program and not an economist who do not know a damn how to interview people. It's was an joke.
