If selected you would get a phone call where they ask you basic questions about your CV and your knowledge of the company , at the end of the call you'd be invited for a group interview of about 20 people. Next at the group interview , its basically mingling and getting to know the company values and the product more . If you leave a good impression and ask smart questions you'll be invited in for another group interview of about 10 people. At the group interview , there will be 5 interviewers who will introduce the company and the job description . Then you'll be asked to speak about yourself including an achievement and an interesting fact in two minutes. After that you'll do two group activities where you basically try and find companies who would need the meltwater services and provide a reason for your choice.Finally you'd have a last chance to make an impression on the jury by selling a passion of yours to them. If successful at the group interview you would be asked for a personal interview later on the same day. On the personal interview you're asked questions about your resume and other questions , you're also asked to perform some mock cold calls.
