I recently completed the interview process for a role at Memfault. While I was initially impressed by the company's mission and the opportunity, my overall experience was extremely disappointing. The interview process itself was excessively long, culminating in a final round presentation after multiple interviews. This level of investment of time and energy from candidates suggests a high level of interest from the company. Therefore, receiving a generic, automated rejection email without any specific feedback was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Furthermore, attempts to follow up with the team for insights into the decision-making process have been met with silence. This complete lack of communication reflects a concerning disregard for candidates’ time and efforts. I believe that a company’s interview process is a reflection of its culture and values. Based on my experience, Memfault appears to have significant room for improvement in its recruiting practices. I would strongly advise other job seekers to approach the company with caution

recruiter set up multiple calls then cancelled them right as they started, very unprofessional. when I followed up by email it took an additional week. overall I wouldnt recommend this company
