The interview steps are well defined on their website, and the five steps took around a month to complete, only being prolonged by Christmas holidays. The recruiter was kind and quicker than some other companies in replying. - Company CTO joined for the initial interview and we had an interesting chat. - Practical task was relevant for the role and interesting to complete, nothing too technical for someone who used Python previously, and other tools can be learned on-the-go. - Technical interview was around 1.5 - 2 h, commenting on the practical task solution followed by some Python, computer science, problem solving, bash and graph theory questions. All of these topics were given to me beforehand. The interviewers were encouraging and focused on discussion, even giving hints to arrive at the solution. - culture interview as a last step was a casual chat about the company and myself with the CEO.
