pre match day, then match day if you are selected from 1200 applicants, then you get a call within 2 days. its a fairly easy process but they only let you pick one location to choose from and if you dont get selected for an interview for that location, that is basically it.

Pretty easy interview with unit manager and educator. Asked the usual behavioral questions/ tell me about a time (no scenario). Hobbies outside of work. Ex: tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a patient , a time where you received constructive criticism , & when you had a conflict with a peer.

Two staff from the unit interviewed me virtually at the same time. Allowed me to ask questions about the company and also informed me of culture and management on the unit.

Applied to the ER. Heard on time from the recruiter. If you join the open house they tell you when you should hear. They did not tell me when I will hear back with an answer so I had to reach out to recruiter. However, I did not hear back from the second choice.
