Applied online & a few days later I was emailed by HR & asked to take their online personality test, the Hartman Profile. She also asked me to list three times I was available for a phone interview. About a week later I was called by HR & she conducted a phone interview. I was then invited to attend a hiring event the following week. At the event, we interviewed with the hiring manager & then had a panel interview with other hospital managers. They focused more on personality, behavior, & culture. If you passed through both of those rounds they set you up for a third interview with the hiring director the following week. I met with the director & this interview was more casual. I was called by HR a few hours later & was offered the position.

got an email from recruiter about setting up a phone interview. after phone interview, got scheduled for a virtual interview with management. interview was fairly easy. did not ask too many questions related to work experience
