Meet volunteer manager in person, asked about prior experience in volunteering and charity and asked whether there was a specific reason to choose this specific hospital. Talked about academic credentials and where I saw myself in 10 years after an experience such as this. They also talked about behavior and fit and other organizations within the volunteer program. Asked what hobbies I had and they were very flexible regarding when to start and end the program.

quick and simple it is simply a get-to-know-you process nothing super difficult. We talked for about 30 minutes, mostly about the program and not interview questions. Very basic and easy should be no problem securing this opportunity.
