I found the job posting on Indeed. Then I applied on the company website and then I was contacted by a lady in human resources and she asked when I could meet with the cheif consumer experience officer.

The interviewers were very sweet and easy to talk to. I had a panel of interviewers that had a round of questions that were manageable. I received a call back about a week later and got the position.

30 minute on-campus interview followed by 40 min - 1 hour on-site interview. Very laid back in both, not many 'technical' questions although my knowledge of finance conceptually was tested. Mostly wanted to make sure I wouldn't jump ship to another industry and that I had an interest in healthcare - wanted to lock me down as more of a long term play.
