Applied online, heard from a Talent Acquisition Specialist about a month after. Scheduled and interview with the Clinical Research Manager. Interview went well, I left feeling good. Was told I would hear back within 10-14 days and have not heard anything three weeks after. I sent a follow up email and am awaiting a reply.

Call from HR department who matched me with a team a few months later, had an in person interview with the team. They were all really nice. Was then followed up and was placed on an alternative team which had a completely different dynamic and culture than my interview.

I was called about 2 weeks after applying online, and scheduled a phone screen interview. The phone screen took about 10 minutes and I was asked pretty generic questions about my research experience and clinical experience. They then said I would need to come in for 2 more interviews over the next month, which seemed a little excessive.
