Applied through a job fair with my college, and passed an initial cover letter and and resume review. I was asked to come to New York for an interview, where I met with hiring manager with Sloan. Our interaction with half interview, and half explaining what a clinical research coordinator does at Sloan.

Second interview with department hiring manager/ surpervisors
Third interview with chosen physician, it was great interviews but I didn’t get hired. The recruiter said they all loved me but I guess not enough.

The interviewers were friendly and straightforward, they asked the typical tell me about yourself and behavioral questions. Be prepared to link your experience with MSK's values and the job description. Personally my interview process stretched out for 3 months for 2 interviews only because that specific department can be hectic and sometimes disorganized.
