Straight forward interview process. I was an internal candidate. I met with PI's and discussed the role duties and my experience. The only thing that took awhile was the transfer to the department after I received an offer.

Applied online got an email. Schedule interview. Meet with HR, then hiring manager, then PI and full staff. If that goes well they will ask for references. Good luck!
