The interview process went by very quickly and smoothly. I was contacted 2 hours after applying. I then scheduled a zoom information session with my recruiter. I did a phone screening interview the same week and got moved on to the next round. In total there were 3 interviews. The second interview was with the Assistant Manager and Team Lead. My last interview was with the Doctor. They do ask a lot of situational questions so think of previous work-related experiences and practice answering in STAR format. Overall I had a great experience. Everyone was extremely nice and the process went smoothly.

Just completed first step which is the AI interview waiting on scheduling the next interview. This is a hybrid position therefore I am wondering if second interview will be online interview or in person, and how many rounds of interviews I will be given.
