This interview process was extremely extensive and took various meetings with different members of management within the company. It began with a phone interview with a company recruiter that lasted around 45 minutes. I was than asked to take a few online tests to assure that my personality and experience fit the job profile. I was called in for an initial in-person interview with a co-founder of the company in which the standard interview and background questions were asked for around an hour. The final meeting I had was with the other co-founder of the company in which I was asked to participate in a role plying activity over the phone, which was followed up by another extensive interview and information session about he company and daily activities. I was finally asked to submit references to the recruiter and was eventually offered a position as an Account Executive.
