Colloquio
I was referred in by a friend purchasing clothing. He was informed the store was looking for help and suggested I apply online. I put in my application and got a phone call a few days later.
I went in for my interview and met with the store manager, the assistant manager, and the operations manager. It was a fairly ordinary interview, basically discussing job duties and hours.
I was contacted a week or so later informing me I'd been offered the job.

Nothing too unexpected. Probably asking about my most difficult work experience and how I dealt with it.

Colloquio
Series of interviews starting with the one manager talking about your relevant experience in customer service/sales and an idea of daily tasks that you will preform. Could talk about availability and amount of hours to work. High school students are considered for approved part time work. Be ready to show up dressed in the appropriate business wear and in a positive can do attitude. Generally followed up with another interview with other manager members of the team and a request to do a product presentation on the spot, showcasing your communication and ability to describe and sell a suit with accessories. Just be yourself and do your best to sell the items on the table. You should be equipped with the customer profile and occasion of the outfit, if not, be sure to ask. This is usually followed up with a decision to employ you and offer for your wages.

Do you have experience in sales or customer service? Are you comfortable standing for long periods of time? Why do you want to work here? Are you a team player and goal oriented?
in person where was asked what sales experience i have. asked about my people skills and my schedule. was a fare and relaxed interview. would reccomend the job for people who are interested in men’s formal wear and working with people.
Wasn’t too bad. I think that if they spent more time on questions that actually pertained to the job it would’ve been better. 2 interviews total. I think the process could have went a lot smoother
