Very Easy, after the application process you will get a call to set up an Interview. Once you set it up , in store. Josh and Brian asked a lot of questions. He is looking for a team type atmosphere and people that are open to that type of environment.

Very simple interview process that asked about your history both in regards to education and employment. Questions like why are you interested in this position and how you would describe yourself.
Went in filled and filled out application and had an interview on the spot. Took a drug test and started two weeks after that. It was pretty easy getting hired.
