Filling out a paper app at the store and got a call back within 2 days for a face to face interview.
Day after getting a call, I just went in causally to talk to the GM on duty and HR then we set up a face to face right then and there, 20-30 mins later I walk out with a job.

Basic retail job interview. Selective process especially for the location. Best to know someone if you are looking for a part time job. High school student at the time. Pay was good.

Just a standard interview, you do have to take a survey about drugs, stealing, and alcohol. Questions were mostly about yourself and how you can benefit the company. Overall very fast, I was in and out in 15 minutes.
