Questions were general and all job related. Nothing unexpected. Straight forward as far as Menards stuff goes. I’ve been there a couple years and have moved up quickly. They watch for dedicated team members and rewards those who perform.

How would I handle team members who frequently ask the same question over and over without retaining new information/training?
Initial screening call, then in-person interview. You need to take a test before the in-person interview happens. Standard questions: why you want to work there and customer service-related questions. What department would you prefer to work in and why. Would you consider other departments

Filled out an application - got a call within a week. Went in for an interview with an HR representative. Very standard questions. Met with the store manager and just got asked about my experience. Got a call 2 days later with an offer. One of the easiest processes I have encountered.
