I was taken into the back room for privacy for my interview. My manager asked me simple questions and I watched the interview videos. After the videos, she asked me more questions. She gave me a tour around the store and told me what I would be doing.

Just a standard interview, you do have to take a survey about drugs, stealing, and alcohol. Questions were mostly about yourself and how you can benefit the company. Overall very fast, I was in and out in 15 minutes.
