First I Applied on a Tuesday, then two days later on Thursday, I had my first interview with Human Resources. it was a comfortable in my opinion and took about an hour as it specified on the schedule. I was emailed for a second interview with the Store General Manager on Tuesday that was a 30 min time slot, but the interview was 1.5 hrs long; but I’m not complaining, my GM really cares about his employees and made that clear. I was offered the position on Friday through email and accepted the job on Saturday through email. I was then emailed by the HR about my orientation start date for Thursday. After about 1 hour I did a mouth swab drug test, while watching a 5 minute video and then I got my schedule which followed the Store Manager of Building Materials and I started work that next day. So far, I really enjoy what I have learned and the support that you get from the company

Interview was not led by a general manager in front of other employees. The interviewer left me waiting on him for over 30 minutes. Began interviewing me at the lumber counter in front of customers and employees.
