I applied for the position in mid-June 2024. The recruiter for the position emailed me about a week later with some follow-up questions. I replied to those questions and sent them back. Didn't hear back from the recruiter for over a week and reached out to them. I received no reply at all from the recruiter and assumed I got ghosted. At the end of July 2024, they finally sent a rejection email for the position to me. Overall, poor communication from the recruiter reflecting on this company.
