Very Casual, hired me on the spot. only the GM and the HR coordinator in the interview. asked me how i would handle certain situations. asked where in the store i would want to work, picked my own department. they asked my hours and availability and had some questions to find out my personality. filled out a form basically finding out how honest i was and if i would steal from the company. ethical questions.

Very easy and laid back interview. Basic interview questions. If you get called for an interview, as long as you go in there and act like you have some sense you will get the job. One thing to keep in mind... if you want full time, don't tell them you are in school. Weird company policy to not hire college student as full time employees.

Pretty quick process overall. Come into the store to fill out a job application. Handed it in with a resume. Got a call about a week later. Interview took about 20 minutes. Very quick and professional.

It is pretty laid back.you talk to the HR and she asks your general questions about yourself. Sometimes you will have the store manager sit in on the interview also. Most of the time people will get hired right on the spot if the interviewers like them. Then you go to get a drug test and you most likely will be starting in the next couple days. Pretty fast process overall. It's retail but not the worst retail job you can get.
