The interview process was very drawn out. 1st meeting with recruiter was about 1.5 weeks after my application date. 2nd interview was nearly a full month later. 3rd interview was 3 weeks after. I received a rejection letter more than 1mo after the 3rd interview. I felt that the process was not very respectful of my time. Interviews were rescheduled on multiple occasions and I was asked last very last minute to reschedule (next day). I was also disappointed that many of the interview questions were intended to catch you a bit off guard and see how you'd respond. I'm sure that has some merit, but there was generally little discussion about the actual job, and a LOT of talk about the culture.
