I talked with a recruiter for a first interview over the phone just over a week after submitting my application. I felt they were very friendly and informative, and prepared me for what the role would entail. I felt like we got off on the right foot, and they seemed impressed by my experience. Unfortunately, they later moved on with another candidate.
