Received phone call and scheduled interview. only one interview with basic questions. I was asked about simple questions related to education and past experience. Director explain what is expected, job roles and expected salary etc.

After leaving numerous messages about a no call for a calendar scheduled interview I was phoned 3 hours after the initial interview time just to be told the position was already filled. It was the first date available after receiving the interview scheduling link. Interview each person you extend it to before you decide like every other company does. Do better.
