I personally knew an employee at Meraki who referred me to the sales recruiter and passed along my resume. Had an initial phone conversation with the recruiter so they could get a better understanding of (at that time) my current sales position and what I was looking for in a potentially new role/organization. Also, the recruiter answered any questions I had about the logistics and responsibilities of the ADR position.
Was then scheduled to have a 30 minute phone interview with one of the sales managers from the ADR team. Discussion was focused around my sales style, current sales experience, and knowledge of Meraki products.
After the phone interview, I was invited to come on-site for the next phase of interviews. While on-site (total time was about 2.5 hours) there were 4 sets of interviews around 30 minutes each. Some of the interviews were 1-on-1, while others were joint interviews. I interviewed with various sales managers/team leads within the Meraki salesforce.
Once completing the on-site interview, I continued to communicate with recruiter until I received my offer.
***Entire process from initial phone conversation with recruiter to receiving an offer took about 2 months. This is not a typical timetable as I was an employee with a different organization and working outside of California. Also, Meraki was ending their fiscal year during the interview process which caused some scheduling issues due to managers being out of the county. Applicants shouldn't expect this long of a interview process***

The interview process was the most transparent and professional of any company that I've applied for in the past.
The process consisted of 6 interviews: 2 over the phone and 4 in person
- one with a recruiter who makes sure you have the qualifications for the position, and asks basic questions about your resume/how your experiences can apply to the ADR position at Meraki
- one with an ADR manager that asks about product knowledge and gets a feel for your phone presence
- the next four are done consecutively with 30 mins to speak to managers on the ADR and Sales teams with each focusing on a different aspect of the job
I was in communication with a Meraki recruiter throughout the process who made the process so easy. She was always available to answer questions and prepare me for the next round with tips and a breakdown how the process would work. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful recruiter.

I was very impressed with Meraki's interview process. I have never interviewed with a company that was so organized and on top off things. Throughout the entire process, my personal recruiter was frequently in contact with me, answering any questions I had, making sure I knew exactly what to expect, and giving me feedback within a day or two after the interviews on comments from the interviewers. I had previously met my manager, but for the interviewing process, I had a phone 1:1 and then an in-person day of interviewing with 4 different managers. Overall, I was very impressed with the process.
