Unusual - unstructured and at the senior management level not a great experience. Arrogant and unprofessional in terms of the questions asked. Management and Senior Management seemed unaligned in the goals they had in a new starter. Recruitment internally needed to qualify salary expectations better earlier.

Basic questions about my life and where I am going.
Appalling interview process with Meraki. First interview with the recruiter then I had an initial conversation with the Regional Sales Manager which went pretty well. At the end of the call I have been told they will provide me with an update within the next days to schedule the next step. But none of that happened and I didn't get any feedback either positive or negative which is quite rude and unprofessional.
