I connected with their external recruiter via LinkedIn. She put me into the application/interview stream. There were a few gauging-interest and technical-screening calls, and then a Unix assessment call via WebEx. Having passed that test, the next step was a take-home assignment, followed by on-site in-person interviews--in this case, four people over three hours or so.
