An innovative interview process! They used a system to test your attention to detail and ability to explain a difficult process in simpler terms. There were multiple in person interviews as well as video conference interviews.

Poorly skilled interviewer - overspeaks about the role giving me useless information about her personal career and how she got there, eventually asks me to talk about myself - I have a chance to speak for 10 mins. 2 questions from my side to know more about the role. She then says time is up as it was supposed to be a 30 minute chat. Feedback after 2 days - I wasn't concise enough and there was no time for questions. Ridiculous
