Das Vorstellungsgespräch lief sehr entspannt ab. Da ich nicht in Deutschland war, war es leider nur ein Telefoninterview hat aber super funktioniert. Kurze Vorstellungsrunde der Gesprächsteilnehmer, dann Beschreibung der Stelle an sich. Am Ende konnte ich noch Fragen stellen und kurze meine Vorstellungen von HR abgeben. Aber an sich sehr entspannt und freundlich. Aufjedenfall machbar.

Das Gespräch war einfach und fand in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre statt. Die Interviewer waren sehr gut vorbereitet und gingen auch mich als Bewerber und meine Fragen im vollen Umfang ein. Es war strukturiert und ich wusste im Vorfeld wie ich mich vorbereiten soll. Das wurde auch erwartet.
