2 interviews, 40 minutes long, standard questions hr questions, it had a ok turn around time after the 2nd interview, they asked questions like why Mercer, learn some things from the company website
Total 2 rounds one technical and one Hr. HR sets a call for the technical round once it's gets a approval HR discuss the remaining part like profile salary location

Two interviews as well as a test delivered in Excel. The test is pretty straightforward but it’s worth to review some formulas and shortcuts. Interviewers are friendly and they do really want to know you more as a person.
