Short process, interviewed with the VP, his assistant as well as a sales director (whom I'd be working with). Process took approximately 2 weeks due to scheduling issues (a fact that is the norm when working with a sales division). Overall my manager ended up being a mentor to me. He knew exactly the type of people he was looking for in the positions that he needed. My coworker and I ended up being a force to be reckoned with, we did it all because we COULD!

First completed a telephone interview with HR. I was later advanced to an interview with 3 staff members at the office. Lastly I was brought back in for a final interview with 4 staff members. Spent approximately 7 hours interviewing and getting to know my potential collegues.
