They reached out to me and asked to do an interview. Skipped to 2nd round interview. Is poke w mid level managers. Fully behavioral with some questions about industry and what I was interested in. Not a difficult interview at all though that might be because they reached out to me.

The interview was conducted over zoom and it consisted of 2 people from the investment department. The interview was conversational rather than being one question after another. Interviewer made sure I was felt comfortable throughout the interview process.
