First step is the normal application, replied to some questions over a phone call, did a few psychological and technical exercises on a platform and, if you pass all the steps, you pass on to an interview.

There was a lot of time between applying for the role and hearing from someone on the other end. But once the interviews started it was a fairly quick process. There were three rounds of interviews and a take home task that acted as an aptitude test. First round was video. There were 6 questions - four verbal and two written response. Second & third rounds were face to face interviews with two individuals each time lasting roughly an hour. The tasks were given to me at the end of the second interview.
