Met with several people in the office at varying levels to discuss my experience, expectations, and day to day responsibilities.
I interviewed with 8 people, ranging from other junior positions to senior level consultants. Generally speaking, the interview was pleasant,and very conversational.

It is a four step interview process with a range of consultants of different tenure. The process is relatively average with a little slower turnaround time from recruiter. Heavy focus on behavioral questions with some questions on technical competence.

Long process and long wait times. Interview had 2-3 rounds with a test. But the people were great and easy going. Overall positive outlook about the company. The written test was an excel work with a few easy questions
