I applied online for the position and next day got an email from a recruiter for a HireVue interview. This interview process is online or viamobile app. Questions appear on screen and you have 30 seconds to review/think about the question, and then have 3 minutes to record your answer. You can take a break between each interview question and do the interview whenever you would like. Application allows for you to do practice questions before launching actual interview as well. Did interview over the weekend and heard back on Tuesday requesting on-site interviews that will be scheduled next week.
