1. Written test (Technical)
2. Face to Face (Technical) (It will be one to one communication, They can ask anything related to your profile, In my case they asked me regarding life cycle, Sql, WCF questions etc)
3. Manager round (Manager will check your communication skill and leader ship skill (If you are going for leader job)
4. HR (Its only negotiation part nothing more than that)

1st round was basic knowledge of testing 2nd round was manager ans technical and then no any update. After 2nd round of inter HR did not updated feedback I don't like interview questions, they atleast should ask question then only can reject

Colloquio
Around 4 round interview happened.
1) I got the call from HR to setup a first telephonic round interview
2) Once I got selected, I got another second call from HR to setup a face -2 face round interview company campus.
3) Same day HR setup a Group Manager round.
4) Once I cleared all the round, HR asked to submit all the experience document.
5) I had a telephonic HR round where HR discussed about salary.
