Two thirty minute zoom interviews. Interviewers came off as condescending, inappropriate and not at all professional. Seemed desperate to fill the position and not interested in who they are actually hiring. Red flags all around. Half the interview was a pitch on why you should take a pay cut and an entry level position to work there. Interviewers complimented resume and experience but then claimed the work experience was irrelevant and would have to bring you in as lower than salary expectation and completely entry level to work your way up.
