Received an email from the Mercer recruiter inviting me to conduct a video interview on HireVue. Was given 48 hours to complete the interview. Depending how I did on the HireVue interview, next steps will be decided.

After a lengthy two-month process involving four interview rounds, I ultimately was not selected for the role. While the interviews were engaging and seemed to go well, I received no clear feedback on the decision. It was disappointing to invest so much time and effort without gaining insights to help improve for future opportunities.

I had one conversational interview and was told by the interviewer that I would be contacted the next day to setup more interviews. Nothing every happened after that. They were very nice on the phone, but I think it is rude to not follow up when you have stated you will do so voluntarily.

Therer were 3 rounds- Case Study followed by 2 rounds of interview. The process took around 2 weeks. Case study was supposed to be done in 24 hrs. After that, subsequent interviews took place.
