Interview process was good but the overall experience was very bad. I think HR @ mercer should have a minimal decency of information candidate about the outcome of the interview. Neither me nor my consultancy was given any interview feedback. These people should understand the value of time if they are calling a candidate twice for face to face interview. I had high opinion about mercer but after the treatment i got from HR, i think they need to be more professional. way to go.

2 interviews with department head, and senior manager. 1st Interview over the phone while I was away overseas, 2nd interview 1 week later face to face. Interview was an open two way discussion, probing into areas of experience an relevance to the Mercer organisation.
