Note the special things you did, why you did them, how you gained the information to do them, did you have to try more than once. In the end what was your result and did it continue moving forward.

I applied through a staffing agency. I had a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by an online assessment. I then had a web interview with the hiring manager the next week, and an in person interview a couple weeks after.
