Pre assessment test, then, got a screening phone call 2 weeks into application. Interview with panel, very restrictive, I guess was done to cover for diversity even though they had already identified an internal candidate. Quit wasting people's time.

I interviewed with four people. The decision was made to hire another candidate due to their technical background. However, this background is irrelevant to the job. There was no structure to the interview. It was hard to prepare for. The interview was also conducted over two days due to scheduling issues with the interviewers.
