Colloquio
Started with phone interview by hiring manager within 1 week of applying online. Followed by in person interview with hiring manager, Executive Director, and another Executive Director. Standard behavior questions during the first round of in person interviews. Each lasted about 30-40 minutes, so overall took about an hour and a half. About 2 weeks after the in person interview, was brought back for second round with a group of management peers. This included about 10-12 peers which was very informal and looking more for fit both for me with them and them with me. Followed this second round with another phone interview to go over a couple clarification questions with the Executive Director. Finally had a last phone interview with the recruiter asking basic work history questions. This last one with the recruiter felt more like a formality than an actual interview.

Fairly easy. Just prepare. Don’t be timid. It’s a conversation. Be ready to tell them your experience. Give clear examples. Overall the experience was great and they are a welcoming company. Like anybody else they want to know about your qualifications.
interviewed with great manager and strong company and had informative information about Merck. There were multiple interviews with different levels of management then a sit down with all managers to come up with ideal candidate.

Initial phone screen with recruiter went well. Was notified that I passed the first round and will be contacted by the hiring manager for an interview. The interview was scheduled a week later. It wa s a panel interview with 2 people - 1 was on camera and the other wasn’t. They asked basic questions and thought it went okay. The next steps would be an in person interview but I was ghosted by the recruiter and the hiring managers for 3 weeks. Finally, I received a generic email from Merck stating they were going with someone else.
