From the introduction of the employers to yourself. Then many technical questions including your research done since your undergraduate. Very few questions on your research done during your PhD. Many questions that are irrelavent to your research and out of your field of major. Like I majored in chemistry but many hard questions in the field of physics and math were asked. Questions about their work at Merck were also asked. I would be better to review the paperwork they published if possible.
video interview with the project manager. The whole process is self-introduction and then going through my resume. The manager also introduced his project. The main goal of the interview is for the manager to know whether you have the skills they need.

One round table interview. There were about 4 to 5 people who had interviewed me. They took turns asking me questions but all were present at the same time. The interview took about 2 hours
