People are very sociable and happy, they make you feel comfortable and by doing that you can give your best at the interview. The whole process has 3 steps, one with your direct superior, the other one with the HR and the last one with the GM.

First round interview involves a role play and self introduction, second round interview with business manager. Easy interview. Prepare product knowledge. Self introduction Explain why you want to work for Merck
Too many stages. Had to wait quite a while to porceed to the next stage. Takes too long to come out with the offer letter. Overall it took 3 months in total.
