Basically, there was no process, I got one call telling me to go to their city for a personal interview and that was it, I got caught off guard but still accepted the proposition after a couple of hours I received a design task in german and was told to deal with it, even though I didnt understand a word, so I had it translated and it was the most boring task I have ever received :S Keep in mind that I have no further information about my position nor the company but hey I did the task anyway and sent it to them, even though this whole process is weird and unusual! I couldn't take a vacation day on a short notice so I requested if I could have a skype or phone interview instead and then we could take it from there. unfortunately after many emails of my request being rejected the head of the design team kept insisting that he has a personal interview with me and that's how the entire process ended.
