It was a long process. I applied online, then I had a phone interview with 3rd part company and Skype interview with the same person who was in charge for the hiring process. After, I've done the interview in person with the GM I had to take an online test and I've got a report from that. Once I went through all these steps, they requested to indicate two references and just after I received a call from my GM in order to offer me the job. The whole process took 2 months.
